In this role, you'll play a critical part in creating a world‑class claims experience by managing first and third party bodily injury claims and their associated physical damage. We’re a distributed team across Columbus, OH, New York, Atlanta, GA, and Chile. This role is a hybrid position going into the Atlanta office. What you’ll do: Analyze coverage based on the facts of the loss Make informed liability decisions, including the consideration of comparative negligence Collaborate with claims leadership on severity losses, reserve adjustments and claim evaluations Evaluate settlement demands Negotiate settlements with first and third party claimants as well as attorneys Utilize data available to drive focus on claim trends Handle special projects or additional duties assigned related to your role as an individual contributor of the claims organization About you: 7+ years of experience in commercial auto claim adjudication, with at least 5 years handling injury severity losses.
