Carr Pediatric Dentistry is looking for an outgoing, dependable, and highly organized person to join our front-office team. We need someone with excellent phone skills, a bright personality, and a genuine desire to serve children and families.
This position requires both friendliness and precision. Our front-desk coordinator must make families feel welcomed while carefully managing schedules, messages, insurance information, account details, and follow-up responsibilities. Small details matter because they directly affect our patients, our schedule, and the entire team.
Our regular workday is 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Please apply only if you are comfortable with and committed to this early-morning schedule.
Dental front-office experience is preferred, but we are willing to train an exceptional candidate who possesses the right attitude, communication skills, attention to detail, and commitment to service.
