About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Sales to spearhead the growth and expansion of its sales organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy, building a high-performing enterprise sales team, and driving new business growth. This role demands a hands-on sales leader with a proven track record in scaling enterprise revenue, particularly within high-growth technology, SaaS, or technology-enabled services businesses. The VP of Sales will be tasked with establishing and leading the sales processes, talent, and operating discipline necessary for success, as well as developing executive-level relationships and engaging in complex, high-value opportunities. Applicants for the Vice President of Sales position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' B2B sales experience, with a strong background in leading enterprise sales teams. A successful candidate will have a history of building and scaling sales organizations, experience in selling to commercial real estate decision-makers, and a deep understanding of the sales process, from prospecting to closing. The role requires a leader with excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, who is highly analytical and disciplined in their approach.
