Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) $115k - $135k per year Position Requirement: Full‑Time FLSA Status: Exempt Location: Aurora, Colorado Work from Home or near home is available. Clinicians can treat patients from home while coordinating with the integrated care team. Responsibilities The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) will participate in the integrated care team model at OMH, providing medication management and individual psychotherapy. Duties also include family therapy, group therapy, and psychological testing as needed. Clinicians customize care for each patient, determining visit frequency and session length. Documentation and treatment records are maintained after each session, while billing and collections are handled by the support team. Schedule Freedom to create custom schedules with a work/life balance. Clinicians work weekdays (Monday‑Friday) between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Licensure, Education & Experience Must hold a Colorado license as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and have experience working with patients having behavioral health issues such as mood disorders, anxiety disorders, personality disorders, substance misuse, and other psychiatric impairments under the supervision of a consulting psychiatrist. New graduates are welcome. Preferred: successful completion of the PMHNP‑BC exam.
