YMCA of the East Bay is seeking a Disability & Inclusion Specialist to provide classroom and home-based support for children with special needs. You will coach staff, develop individualized plans, and collaborate with families and partners to ensure full inclusion. Attend IEP/IFSP meetings and monitor progress.
