Malta Crypto Compliance Manager - AML/CFT & STR/SAR Expert

Blockchain.com seeks an experienced Compliance Manager for our Malta entity to lead AML/CFT efforts, manage STR/SAR investigations, and ensure regulatory reporting in line with FIAU requirements. You will work closely with the MLRO, provide policy input, and coordinate with group compliance to maintain high standards across the organization. The role requires 4+ years in AML/crypto compliance, Maltese law knowledge, and fluency in English, with a hybrid Malta-based setup and opportunities for #J-18808-Ljbffr Blockchain.com
