About the Role
The Company is seeking a Regional Vice President for Small to Medium Business. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and motivating a team of Account Executives to achieve individual sales quotas within the designated vertical or geography. This leadership role involves measuring, monitoring, and holding the team accountable for their activities and results, as well as leading by example. The Regional Vice President will also be involved in making account calls, monitoring account health, and maintaining the company's value within accounts. Coaching the team in sales skills, including vertical market management, forecasting, and complex deal negotiations, is a key aspect of the position. The role requires a proactive approach to communication, both within the business and with senior leadership, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Candidates for this role at the company should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a quota-carrying software sales role, with at least 3 years in sales team management. A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, as well as experience in developing and maintaining business and market plans, is essential. The ideal candidate will have a background in SaaS-based offerings, with a preference for those who have experience in eSignature or agreement solutions. Strong leadership skills, the ability to build and coach a rapidly growing team, and a capacity to work on cross-functional projects are also required. The role demands a candidate with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to travel as needed.
