Travel Nurse Supervisor RN - Long Term Care - $2,606 per week

Slate Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Long Term Care Supervisor for a travel nursing job in Fairview, Pennsylvania. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Long Term Care Discipline: RN Start Date: 09/14/2026 Duration: 15 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel RN Supervisor – LTC/SNF Facility: LTC/SNF | 300 beds / 6 units EMR: PCC Health Items: Must be collected within 48 hours Timekeeping: COTA facility timeclock required; lost badge replacement = $10 Ratios: RN Supervisor is out of staffing grid and does not provide resident care. Majority of floor nurses are LPNs. Units: A–47 | C–50 (COVID, currently closed) | G–59 | H–40 (secure dementia) | J–59 | K–45 Days: 3 Nurse Managers (2 units each, Mon–Fri); weekends 1 Manager for all units. Each unit generally has 2 nurses (Charge Med/Treatment), with a possible 3rd if staffing allows. Evenings: 1 RN Supervisor 2 nurses per unit (Charge Med/Treatment). Nights: 1 RN Supervisor 1 floor nurse per unit. Currently using 5/6 units; if 6 nurses, one nurse may split between J & K.
