Travel RN Supervisor - LTC - $2,612 per week

Slate Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Long Term Care Supervisor for a travel nursing job in Fairview, Pennsylvania. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Long Term Care Discipline: RN Start Date: 09/21/2026 Duration: 15 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel RN Supervisor – LTC/SNF RN Supervisor – LTC/SNF Shift: Nights, 10:45 PM–7:00 AM | 38 guaranteed hours/week | Every other weekend Experience: 1 year RN Leadership experience Key Responsibilities Supervise RNs, LPNs, and CNAs throughout the facility. Monitor resident changes in condition and address clinical issues. Contact physicians/NPs and coordinate outside services as needed. Perform RN-only skills including IV starts, central-line care, chest-tube management, admission orders, and fall assessments. Measure wounds; wound staging is performed by the NP. Requirements & Details Prior PointClickCare (PCC) experience required. LTC/SNF experience preferred. Residents include LTC, skilled, rehab, dementia, and hospice patients age 18. No floating required; supervisor covers the entire building. No call/standby; scheduled shifts will be worked in full. Holiday coverage required when scheduled.
