Specialty Unknown Location and State State: AZ Location: 1200 N Beaver St, Flagstaff, AZ 86001 Schedule Day 5x10-Hour (07:00 - 17:00) Dates Needed 2026-07-20 to 2026-10-19 Shift Details Jul 20-24, Aug 3-7, Aug 10-14, Aug 17-21, Aug 24-27, Sep 14–18, Oct 5–9, Nov 16–20, Nov 23–25, Thanksgiving Nov 26–27 excluded, Dec 21–24, Christmas Day Dec 25 excluded, Dec 28–31. All shifts 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. with 1 hour lunch. Work Details Support Staff: unknown Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: weeks listed Patients per day (Clinic): 20-22 patients Patient Population/Age: adult Department Description: Cath Lab will be hospital consults 3-4 per day plus EP cases 4-6 a day depending on case length. EMR: Cerner Hospital Bed size: 268 Special Procedures: cardiac electrophysiology specifically heart rhythm disturbances and ablations. Must show 100 EP cases in last 2 years in case logs with emphasis on ablations. Must be comfortable doing moderate sedation on their own. Technology: Abbott Ensite-X Mapping system; must be comfortable using. Must do TEEs and moderate sedation. Skills Required: Ablations. Practice Setting Hospital In-Office Clinic Requirements Board Certification: BC or BE required License: AZ Licensed (ok to license) DEA: AZ registered CSR: not required Certifications: ACLS required Minimum Experience: 1 year Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days Compensation and Benefits OT: 1.5 normal rate; OT Billing Rule: after scheduled shift; Holiday: 1.5x normal rate for New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day (00:00 – 23:59).
