Job Summary We are seeking an enthusiastic and energetic Leasing Consultant to join our property management team! As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for generating qualified prospective residents, conducting property tours, preparing lease packages, and securing new leases and renewals. Above all, you'll have a passion for providing exceptional customer service while consistently demonstrating a high level of integrity. Work Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Essential Functions Residents/Guests Retention: Provide exceptional customer service to our current and prospective residents/guests, engaging them through ongoing programs and events that increase satisfaction, brand awareness, business referrals, and reduce turnover. Leasing and Sales: Meet occupancy expectations by leasing to new customers, renewing leases, and improving the rate of returning guests and referrals. Marketing & Social Media Presence: Elevate the property’s online presence through social media marketing, creative content, resident features, tours, promotions, and engagement. Comfortable on camera, understands what drives traffic and leads, and knows how to convert views into tours into signed leases. Compliance: Ensure lease paperwork and customer information is properly documented and protected, adhering to local and state Fair Housing laws. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum of 2 years of leasing, sales, or customer‑service experience; multifamily housing experience preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport. Must speak, read, and write Spanish. Must remain professional, composed, and solutions‑oriented in a fast‑paced environment. Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and basic landlord‑tenant laws. Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office. Strong organizational skills, great attention to detail. Must work independently while collaborating with onsite teams. Must learn property management and financial systems quickly. Must work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Must have a valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and reliable transportation. Physical Requirements Must frequently walk apartment communities, including offices, amenities, parking, and grounds. Must climb stairs and navigate multi‑story buildings. Must stand, sit, bend, kneel, and reach during the workday. Must lift, carry, push, or pull up to 25 pounds. Must operate standard office equipment. Must work indoors and outdoors, exposed to weather changes.
