Talent Acquisition Lead – Sales/GTM (Go To Market)
\nDowntown New York City **Onsite/5 days a week**
\n175-200k plus equity
\n \nWe’re partnering with a founder-led, high-growth, Silicon Valley AI technology company (~150 employees) on a search for a Talent Acquisition Lead who wants to do more than fill open roles - this person will help shape how the company hires.
\n \nThis is a hands-on senior IC opportunity for an experienced recruiter who thrives in fast-moving, scaling environments and enjoys partnering directly with hiring managers and executives.
\n \nWhat you’ll own:
\n- \n
- Full-cycle recruiting, with a strong focus on Go-to-Market (GTM) talent \n
- Proactive sourcing and closing of passive candidates \n
- Executive and hiring-manager partnership \n
- Structured, equitable interview processes \n
- Candidate experience from first conversation through close \n
- Recruiting strategy, data, tooling, and process improvement \n
- Mentoring and raising the bar for recruiting excellence \n
What we’re looking for:
\n- \n
- 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with strong tenure in position and track record of promotion \n
- Experience in a high-growth startup or scale-up environment \n
- Proven success closing top, competitive talent \n
- Strong sourcing and stakeholder-management skills \n
- Experience recruiting across Sales, Marketing, Product or Customer Success in B2B SaaS \n
- Comfortable operating with autonomy, ambiguity, and high expectations \n
