Digital Marketing SpecialistThe Corporate Marketing team is seeking a temporary Digital Marketing Specialist to help drive enterprise level marketing programs, processes, and systems. This role will support the Marketing teams, to execute our enterprise demand generation strategies. The position leverages a variety of digital tactics, including, but not limited to, paid search, paid social, retargeting, display and ABM to drive engagement and lead generation across multiple channels.• Be hands on with the strategy, design, execution, and reporting of distinct multi-touch, multi-channel digital demand generation activities across the enterprise to achieve maximum return on investments• Provide daily campaign management support for our Marketing initiatives:Assist with campaign setup, including cross-functional campaign coordination, digital brief development, asset aggregation and internal team coordinationSupport Digital Marketing Strategists and Marketing stakeholders via daily campaign monitoring; measure, analyze, and report on campaign performance as required and deliver campaign performance updates & optimization recommendations based on data insightsAssist with Paid Search and Social ad copy and landing page creation, edits and optimizations• Provide weekly spend reports to Marketing stakeholders• Maintain internal trackers for accurate campaign status and budget tracking• Implement exceptional cross-team collaboration to execute aligned campaign strategiesWhat you will need:• A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in B2B digital demand generation role• Experience conducting keyword research, building ad-groups, writing ad copy and optimizing campaigns/landing pages• Experience with executing, managing and optimizing campaigns on social media advertising platforms• Experience optimizing ad copy and managing 10+ concurrent campaigns o Project management experience a plus• Hands on experience managing and optimizing paid search and paid social tactics• Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines• Exceptional analytical skills paired with a solid understanding of Google Analytics• Ability to promote/sell ideas persuasively using data• Exceptional attention to detail
