Digital Marketing Specialist

Our client, is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to support and execute digital marketing initiatives focused on driving traffic, improving search visibility, and generating qualified leads. This role is ideal for a data-driven marketer with experience managing both paid and organic search programs. The Digital Marketing Specialist will work closely with marketing, creative, and web teams to execute campaigns, optimize performance, and support business growth through strategic digital marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities Paid Search & Digital Campaign Management Plan, launch, and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta, and other digital advertising platforms Monitor campaign performance and manage budgets to maximize efficiency and ROI Conduct A/B testing on ad copy, creative assets, audiences, and landing pages Track and report on KPIs including CTR, CPC, CPA, conversion rate, and ROAS Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Conduct keyword research to support organic and paid search strategies Implement on-page SEO optimizations including metadata, headers, image alt text, and internal linking Ensure SEO best practices are applied across websites, landing pages, and blog content Monitor website and search performance using tools such as Google Search Console and SEO platforms Analytics & Reporting Analyze campaign results and identify opportunities for improvement Maintain reporting dashboards and performance tracking tools Collaborate with web teams to ensure accurate tracking, tagging, and attribution Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with marketing, creative, and web teams to develop effective digital campaigns Support integrated marketing initiatives and ensure project deadlines are met Assist with additional marketing projects as needed Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience 2–4 years of digital marketing, SEM, PPC, or related experience Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Bing Ads Familiarity with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and reporting platforms Google Ads Certification preferred Strong understanding of SEO best practices Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite We offer a competitive compensation package and a comprehensive benefits program, including: Medical, Dental, and Vision Coverage 401(k) with Company Match Employee Discount Programs Tuition Reimbursement Paid Time Off and Holidays Career Growth and Development Opportunities Collaborative and Innovative Work Environment Equal Opportunity Employer Our client is committed to creating an inclusive workplace and is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
