B2B Digital Marketing Specialist (iGaming) Full time Marketing REQUIREMENTS Hands-on mindset: You prefer doing the work rather than simply managing it. You are comfortable writing copy, using basic design tools, setting up campaigns, analyzing performance data, and delivering quickly. Strong iGaming market knowledge — the most important requirement: Experience in B2B marketing for a technology company operating in iGaming, ideally within platforms, game systems, aggregators, operators, or similar businesses. You understand the industry, key stakeholders, buying processes, and what matters to B2B customers. Existing industry contacts are a plus but not required. Solid B2B marketing expertise: Strong understanding of B2B marketing, including longer sales cycles, account-focused targeting, trust-building through content, and close collaboration with Sales. AI proficiency: Confident daily use of AI tools for content creation, research, creative work, analytics, and productivity, with a genuine interest in continuously exploring new tools and approaches. Results-driven and proactive: Comfortable setting ambitious goals, moving quickly, testing ideas, and taking ownership of results. Excellent English: Strong written and spoken English is essential for working with a global audience. Experience adapting messaging for different markets and cultures is a strong plus. DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS Existing contacts among operators, aggregators, or other companies in the iGaming supply chain (a bonus, not required). Experience with SEO/GEO (visibility in AI search results), paid social/search for B2B software companies, or marketing automation tools. Understanding of how regulation affects marketing in different markets (licensing rules shape what you can say and where). Basic design skills (Figma, Canva), or comfort briefing or using AI tools for images and video. FUNCTIONS Brand: Strengthen and grow the company’s brand presence and positioning in the B2B market, building on an existing foundation rather than starting from zero. Inbound Leads: Plan and execute initiatives to generate inbound leads through content, SEO/GEO, paid advertising, social media, and email marketing. Cold outreach is handled by other teams — your focus is on attracting and converting inbound demand. Content & Campaigns: Plan, create, and publish content and campaigns, primarily independently and using modern AI tools, without relying heavily on agencies or lengthy approval processes. Channels: Manage the website, landing pages, LinkedIn and other social media, email, paid advertising, events/conferences, and PR — prioritizing the channels that deliver the strongest results. Test & Improve: Set ambitious goals, launch quickly, measure results, gather feedback, and continuously optimize. Focus on short execution cycles rather than lengthy planning. Coordination: Occasionally work with designers, developers, and external vendors, while remaining capable of handling most marketing activities independently. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, events, and leadership teams to keep messaging accurate, align campaigns with business priorities, and ensure marketing efforts generate measurable results.
