Digital Marketing Specialist

Location 221 S Warren St. STE 500, Syracuse, NY, 13202, United States Base Pay $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 / Year Employee Type Full-Time Non-Exempt Dannible & McKee, LLP, a leading certified public accounting and consulting firm in Upstate New York, is seeking a full-time Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing department. This position leads the Firm's digital marketing function and is responsible for developing, executing and optimizing digital strategies that strengthen the Firm's brand, expand market visibility, generate business opportunities and support the Firm's broader marketing and business development objectives. The Digital Marketing Specialist has primary responsibility for the Firm's websites, search engine optimization, AI optimization and AI search visibility, digital advertising, analytics, lead-generation activities and digital performance. Responsibilities: Supports the marketing department's initiatives with the planning, executing and tracking of digital marketing campaigns. Leads the planning, production and execution of the Firm’s video content, including coordinating shoots, recording, editing and producing videos for social media, Firm websites and other digital marketing initiatives. Leads the Firm's search engine optimization strategy, including technical, on-site and off-site SEO, keyword strategy and organic search performance. Develops strategies to improve the visibility, authority, and accurate representation of the Firm and its professionals across traditional search engines, AI-powered search platforms and other emerging digital discovery tools. Implements search engine marketing initiatives, including Google AdWords (PPC) and display advertising campaigns. Utilizes analytic tools to measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals. Analyzes trends and results and translate data into recommendations for improving campaigns, content, audience engagement and marketing investments. Plans and develops content to grow the firm’s social media presence. Oversees the strategy, management and performance of firm websites, including content, functionality, user experience and ongoing enhancements. Monitors website performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement, visibility and conversion. Develops and sources visual and written content for digital platforms. Evaluates emerging technologies. Requirements and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent. Demonstrated professional experience in digital marketing. Working knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics and other digital marketing and performance measurement tools. Knowledge of CMS – WordPress. Strong graphic design, video production, and video editing skills. Analytical and market research skills. Strong attention to detail.
