Marketing Project Manager

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience managing marketing and creative projects through full project lifecycles

• Proficiency in Asana for project tracking, workflow management, reporting, and dashboards

• Experience in marketing operations, project intake, prioritization, and resource planning

• Experience with creative production workflows, approvals, trafficking, and deployment processes

• Experience in campaign asset management, version control, archival, and documentation

• Strong communication skills coordinating cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing and creative initiatives from intake through final delivery

• Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables

• Oversee request prioritization and workload visibility across active projects

• Maintain Asana workflows, templates, dashboards, and project reporting

• Coordinate creative reviews, approvals, production schedules, and asset distribution

• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, governance, and team collaboration
