Key Account Coordinator

Key Account Coordinator – Remote Pay range: $125,000 – $150,000 per year. We’re seeking a Key Account Coordinator to support the delivery of complex data center cooling projects for Hyperscaler and Colocation clients. Location: Remote As a key member of our team, you’ll coordinate end-to-end project workflows from RFP and quotation through engineering, manufacturing, commissioning, and closeout ensuring cross-functional alignment and exceptional customer outcomes across high-profile accounts. What You’ll Do Lead and coordinate RFPs, quotations, and execution plans Partner with Sales, Engineering, Procurement, Operations, and Service teams Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and documentation Support key customer relationships and ensure clear communication Coordinate start-up, commissioning, and subcontractor activities Drive executional excellence across strategic data center programs What We’re Looking For 10+ years’ experience in data center project, bid, or program management Strong execution mindset with proven cross-functional leadership Background in mechanical/HVAC systems (electrical knowledge a plus) Experience with Hyperscaler or Colocation environments preferred Why Join Join a global HVAC OEM with over 100 years of innovation, investing heavily in AI-enabled platforms and the rapidly growing data center market.
