In this role, you will directly manage all of the field service operations personnel and will work in close collaboration with the Installation and Warehouse team to delivery results. You will have full department P&L responsibility and will direct the staff in the areas of service. As the senior leader, you will serve as the single point of contact and accountability for service issue escalation and resolution. If you are looking for an opportunity to grow your career and be part of a winning team, we’d like to meet you!Estimated Salary: $120,000 to $180,000 per year based on qualifications and experience.Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, location, and responsibilities.What you’ll do:Manage daily activities of field operations directly, through departmental supervisorsObserve, coach and develop service leadersDrive execution and consistent process discipline with operations teams regarding all operations activities, and adherence to established standardsResponsible for resolving client/customers concerns, and working with sales partners to meet service deadlinesDevelop and retain a talented and customer-focused team through goal setting and training employees on processes and proceduresFull P&L responsibility, including developing and implementing plan for efficient use of branch resourcesWork in close collaboration with Hercules and Wash leadership and departments such as Human Resources, IT, Marketing and FinanceCreate and analyze excel reports to improve workflow and business processes, making recommendations to senior leadershipReinforce culture of safety and ensure all teams are working in a manner that is compliant with our safety standardsCarry out management responsibilities in accordance with Hercules policies and applicable lawsWhat we’re looking for:Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university is preferred; or 5‐10 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Management courses and seminars a plusExperience managing a multi-million-dollar operation in a service-based business preferredManagement experience leading a workforce in the field is preferredExperience working with P&Ls and financial reportsProficient with Microsoft Office.
