By combining the deep domain expertise of our more than 50,000 employees with decades of data from our global installed base, we are uniquely positioned to lead the industrial sector’s transition from automation to autonomy.YOU MUST HAVE• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering• 2+ years of experience in chemical engineering or related technical roles• 2+ years working with chemical engineering principles, process design, and optimization techniques, especially as they relate to plating processes• 2+ years working with safety standards and regulatory compliance in chemical manufacturing environments, especially as they relate to plating processesWE VALUE• Advanced degree in Chemical Engineering or related engineering discipline• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement and product development• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and drive project execution• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologiesThe annual base salary range for this position is $93,400 - $117,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
