The Financial Analytics Senior Product Manager is responsible for shaping and delivering data and AI-enabled products that improve financial decision-making and business outcomes. Acting as the bridge between finance, business stakeholders, and technical delivery teams, this role identifies high-value opportunities, translates business challenges into scalable analytics products, and drives successful adoption and value realization. The role owns the product vision and roadmap of Financial Analytics initiatives across the end-to-end lifecycle, from opportunity identification and use case definition through implementation, adoption and continuous improvement. Across Finance the role drives a product-oriented culture, strengthens data-driven decision-making capabilities, and promotes effective adoption of analytics, AI and digital solutions.Job DescriptionResponsibilitiesThis role partners closely with finance and business stakeholders to understand strategic priorities, orchestrates definition of product requirements, and identifies opportunities to create measurable business value through analytics and AI. The role supports product discovery and coordinates delivery activities by translating business needs into scalable solutions and enabling cross-functional execution across GloBuS, Global DX, and business teams. To be successful in this role, it requires strong business acumen, stakeholder management capabilities, and the ability to communicate complex analytical concepts in simple business language while maintaining focus on measurable outcomes. The role focuses on the following key responsibility areas:Define and maintain the product vision, objectives and roadmap of Financial Analytics products in alignment with business priorities, including business cases and success metrics for value realizationLead the product backlog prioritization and manage tradeoffs between business value, feasibility, scalability, speed, quality and riskOrchestrate cross functional product delivery across GloBuS Data Insights, Global DX and business teams, including release planning, implementation and integration into operational decision-making processesDrive adoption, product performance and governance by defining change activities, measuring usage and outcomes, ensuring responsible AI and analytics standards, and promoting reuse of product capabilities across business areasContribute to product discovery by translating business challenges into prioritized product opportunities, product requirements, user journeys and acceptance criteriaResponsibilities ContinuedQualificationsEducation QualificationsBachelor's Degree required Master's Degree business administration, finance, economics, data science, information systems, engineering or a related field preferredExperience Qualifications7 or More Years FP&A, product management, analytics, finance transformation, business consulting, data & AI initiatives, or related fields required Proven track record translating business requirements into scalable analytics or AI-enabled products required Experience defining and executing product roadmaps and managing prioritization decisions required Experience driving adoption, value realization and change across stakeholder groups required Demonstrated experience leading complex cross functional product initiatives across business and technology functions preferred Strong understanding of financial processes and decision-making environments preferred Experience working in regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals and chemicals preferred Travel Requirements of the time.
