Seeking a Dataflow Engineer who will focus on system operations, troubleshooting, maintenance, with specific attention to NiFi dataflows and NiFi cluster management; some light Python scripting is required. The candidate will also support system integration, upgrade, and deployment activities. The majority of the time will be spent working with systems that ingest large volumes of data. Responsibilities will include Elastic cluster management and deployment, creating Kibana visualizations and dashboards, and enhancing data analytic solutions. Security Clearance Due to federal contract requirements, United States citizenship and a position-appropriate security clearance is required (e.g., Active TS/SCI clearance with agency-appropriate polygraph). Required Qualifications TS/SCI with agency-appropriate polygraph. Bachelor’s degree plus 8 years of relevant experience or equivalent. Required Technical Skills Foundational processing and dataflow within operations; increasing efficiency and throughput. Strong experience and working knowledge of NiFi; in-depth understanding of corporate dataflow and common tools such as DX, ElasticSearch, Kibana; intermediate knowledge of Linux and Docker. Desired Technical Skills Knowledge and/or experience with the customer’s analytic tools; Kubernetes, Kafka.
