Job Description
Exciting Nursing Opportunity in CVICU & Neuro!


- Shift: 07:00 PM - 07:30 AM
- Schedule: Every Other Weekend (EOW), Every Other Holiday (EOH)
- Experience: CVICU & Neuro preferred, but not required
- Flexibility: Will float to Neuro ICU and Burn ICU as needed
- Patient assignments will align with your skill set
- Possible assignments in Med/Surg/IMC if necessary
- Travel experience and EPIC familiarity desired
- Onsite floating within skill set or to nearby sites (within 40 miles) may be required

Credentials Required:
- Current License: Nursys
- Complete Ascension Specialty Exam (Onboarding requirement)
- Personal Health History:
- MMR
- Hepatitis B
- Influenza Vaccine
- Varicella
- Tdap
- 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot)
- Fit Test
- Positive PPD - Negative Chest X-Ray and Annual TB Questionnaire (Optional)
- Health Statement
- Driver's License/State ID

- Ascension EKG Exam
- Ascension Epic Test-Out
- Ascension 11 Panel Drug Screen
- Ascension Skills Checklist (for submission)
