Responsibilities LEAD TECH - MULTIMODALITY Report to the Manager of Cardiac Cath Lab and/or designated Supervisor. This position operates the x-ray equipment in the IR Dept to obtain radiographic and/or fluoroscopic images of the whole-body peripheral vascular system as instructed by the operating physician in IR. Positions and instructs the patient for radiologic and/or fluoroscopic examinations. Leadership duties include acting as a technical and educational resource for staff, staff training, performance monitoring, and process improvement. Hands-on clinical responsibilities include performing complex IR procedures and ensuring equipment and quality control standards are met. Qualifications Job Requirements: Associate degree from an accredited college or university in related field required. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an Interventional Radiology department that performs a variety of procedures. Radiologic technology (RT) certified school of discipline.

CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES:

Active California Radiology Technologist (CRT) license along with Fluoro license and active American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) license required; OR, RCIS/RCES. BLS required.
