Assist in the development of training materials and participate in training facilitated by investigators of higher levels. Staff information booths or tables at outreach events to provide information about RCW 49.60. Perform up to 30 % of duties requiring dual‑language translation or interpretation skills (Spanish). Technical Assistance Provide technical assistance and consultation to legal counsels, employers, managers, human resource professionals, landlords, property managers, real estate brokers and owners, public officials, union officials, advocacy organizations, and others to explain and interpret the state and federal laws against discrimination.
