About the team

This role is part of the Product, Engineering, and Design team: where our goal is to build great software that enhances and powers the student journey from first impression, all the way to graduation. This team is composed of builders, doers, and people with a genuine desire to change how higher education works.

About the role

Our Product team builds software that drives real impact for our students and internal teams. As a Senior Product Manager, Growth, you'll focus on helping more students discover Campus, understand our value, take the right next step, and stay engaged throughout their journey.

You'll own the product enrollment funnel end-to-end. Your focus area is growth-focused product initiatives across the first touch point, through application, financial aid, enrollment, onboarding, and the first week of class. This role is responsible for a critical function for our business: support students to discover and enroll at Campus. You'll dig deep into data, user behavior, and team feedback to understand where students are getting stuck, where we can reduce friction, and where better product experiences can drive meaningful outcomes. You'll understand and build solutions that bring thousands of students to Campus.

You're excited about this opportunity because you will...

• Own the strategy and roadmap for growth-focused product initiatives at Campus
• Deeply understand student and internal team pain points, and turn those insights into product experiences that improve enrollment, engagement, and retention
• Think in systems, not features. You'll understand the end-to-end student journey and move the right levers to help more students successfully take the next step
• Improve key growth metrics, including visitor-to-application, application-to-enrollment, enrollment-to-start, and early student activation.
• Use data, experimentation, and student feedback to improve conversion across the enrollment funnel - from first touch through the first week of classes
• Drive high-velocity execution across key growth areas, backed by data-driven decision making and clear success metrics
• Develop growth loops, referral mechanisms, and drive word of mouth acquisition channels that help thousands of students discover Campus
• Contribute to the evolution of Campus product management and growth practices as we scale
• Get comfortable with rapid prototyping and leveraging AI tooling in our workflows

We're excited about you because...

• You have 5+ years of product management, growth, software, strategy, or similarly analytical experience, with a track record of shipping great work.
• Strong understanding of growth frameworks including acquisition, activation, retention, and referral
• You have strong customer empathy, good product judgment, and are motivated by building products that create real-world impact.
• You are fluent in data and know how to use metrics, funnels, experimentation, and user behavior to make better product decisions.
• You can move from ambiguous problems to clear priorities, ruthlessly prioritize trade-offs, and focus teams on the highest-impact work.
• You are a low-ego, high-EQ collaborator who can lead and influence engineers, designers, and cross-functional partners toward a common goal.
• You have excellent communication and storytelling skills, move fast, sweat the details, and are energized by building in a high-growth, mission-driven environment.

What you'll get:

• A compensation package that includes a base salary ($160K - $190K) + equity grant
  
  • Actual compensation within the pay range will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, base salary is localized according to employee work location.
