Responsibilities Deliver clinical care as needed, ensuring patient safety and satisfaction Coordinate quality nursing services, addressing operational concerns Serve as a clinical resource and communicate effectively with team members and leadership Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing school; Bachelor's preferred Minimum of 1 year hospital nursing experience; 2+ years preferred Active RN license in Georgia or multistate licensure Required certifications: BCLS, ACLS, PALS, Chemotherapy/Biotherapy, NRP, PEARS Additional certifications based on specialty or department needs, including advanced fetal monitoring if applicable Key Attributes Strong clinical skills with ability to adapt to various patient needs Effective communicator and team player Committed to delivering exceptional patient outcomes #J-18808-Ljbffr Vetted Solutions
