Division/College College of Education, Health & Human Sciences Department Department Center on Disabilities & Human Development Location Posting Context Statement Position Overview This position provides responsive and engaging customer support for child care professionals as they navigate the data management system ( RISE ) as it relates to the Idaho Child Care Program ( ICCP ) and state child care licensing. Duties may include: Customer Support Coordination of Meetings and Workshops Facilitating communication between program participants and project leadership Maintaining program calendars and schedules Operational and Administrative Support Serving as primary contact with program participants One year of experience in a customer support role One year experience with data entry and a data management system Experience working on a team with shared goals Experience with organizational and problem-solving tasks Demonstrated ability to write clearly and precisely as demonstrated in applicant materials Using computer software and applications for word processing, developing spreadsheets, email and internet research Required Education High School Diploma or equivalent Required Other Ability to travel Ability to work non-standard hours as needed EXPERIENCE More than one year of experience in a customer support role Knowledge of child care licensing procedures and/or federal and state rules and regulations for child care Experience with the RISE Application Working with child care professionals EDUCATION Associate’s degree in business administration or early childhood Physical Requirements & Working Conditions None Degree Requirement Degree Requirement Listed degree qualification is required at time of hire Posting Information FLSA Status FLSA Status Non-Exempt Employee Category Employee Category Classified Pay Range Pay Range $20.00 per hour or higher DOE Type of Appointment Fiscal Year FTE 1.00 Full Time/Part Time Full Time/Part Time Full Time Funding Funding This position is contingent upon the continuation of work and/or funding.
