Position Summary

The Account Manager is responsible for developing new business while maintaining and growing relationships with existing customers. This position serves as the primary point of contact throughout the sales process, ensuring projects are accurately quoted, properly managed, and delivered on time. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and driven to generate profitable sales in the large-format digital printing and visual communications industry.

Essential ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development

• Prospect and develop new customer relationships through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and industry events.
• Generate new sales opportunities within trade show, event, retail, hospitality, corporate, and entertainment markets.
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals.
• Maintain an active pipeline of qualified opportunities.

Account Management

• Build long-term relationships with assigned and self-generated accounts.
• Understand customer branding, production requirements, and project timelines.
• Provide outstanding customer service before, during, and after project completion.
• Conduct regular customer visits to strengthen relationships and identify additional opportunities.

Estimating & Quoting

• Prepare accurate quotations using company pricing guidelines.
• Review artwork and specifications with the Prepress Department when necessary.
• Recommend materials and production methods that best meet customer needs.
• Follow up on open quotes to maximize conversion rates.

Project Coordination

• Enter complete and accurate job information into the company's management system.
• Communicate project requirements with production, scheduling, installation, and shipping departments.
• Monitor project progress to ensure deadlines are achieved.
• Quickly resolve customer concerns and production issues.

Financial Responsibilities

• Maintain healthy customer accounts by assisting with collections when necessary.
• Monitor aging receivables for assigned customers.
• Ensure pricing maintains company profitability standards.
• Work with management regarding credit limits and payment terms.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B sales or account management experience.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/business management software.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in large-format digital printing, commercial printing, signage, exhibits, trade shows, or visual communications.
• Knowledge of print production processes, materials, and finishing techniques.
• Familiarity with estimating and project management software.

• Maintain accurate CRM and customer records.

Physical Requirements

• Occasional lifting of sample materials up to 25 pounds.
• Frequent travel within the Las Vegas area for customer visits.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout production facilities.
