Minneapolis - Labor & Employment Associate (Hybrid)

Littler Mendelson P.C. is seeking an attorney with a minimum of 4 to 6 years of litigation experience to join the Minneapolis office. Labor and employment law experience is preferred. The candidate should possess excellent academic credentials. Candidates should demonstrate familiarity with and openness to leveraging AI-driven and emerging technologies, with the aptitude to apply them effectively to enhance efficiency, client service, and legal work product. Candidate must be licensed to practice law in Minnesota. Pursuant to Minnesota regulation, the annual salary range for this position is $200,000 to $230,000, contingent on relevant experience and education, and includes eligibility for performance-based bonuses.
