Job Overview A law firm seeks a mid-level Labor & Employment Associate to join its team in Minneapolis, MN. The ideal candidate will have experience representing employers in various workplace matters. Responsibilities Defend employers against claims of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. Handle whistleblowing and dispute cases in court and administrative proceedings. Work with employee non‑compete agreements and trade secrets. Engage in contract negotiations and severance discussions. Advise employers on compliance and best practices to prevent claims. Requirements 3-5 years of relevant experience. Excellent writing and oral advocacy skills. Ability to work with minimal supervision. Active Minnesota license in good standing. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Licensed to practice law in Minnesota. Skills Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
