Construction Project Manager – Heavy Civil / Utilities Location: On-site, New Jersey Salary: Up to $125,000 + Benefits Ascot Pierce is partnered with a well-established heavy civil and utilities contractor delivering water, wastewater, and underground infrastructure projects across New Jersey. We are hiring a hands-on Construction Project Manager to run local projects end-to-end. This is a site-based delivery role — not a desk-first PM position. The Role Full ownership of $8M–$35M civil / utilities projects Short- and long-term construction planning Management of subcontractors, materials, and sequencing Reading and interpreting drawings and specifications Cost, schedule, and productivity control Safety, quality, and regulatory compliance On-site leadership and problem-solving Project Scope Water & wastewater treatment facilities Underground water and sewer utilities Process piping systems Support of excavation, sheeting, and shoring Concrete and structural works Requirements Experience delivering heavy civil or utilities projects Strong site-based PM background Comfortable owning decisions on site Degree in Construction Management / Civil Engineering or equivalent Valid driver’s license US Citizen or Green Card holder What’s On Offer Up to $125,000 base salary Local New Jersey projects only — no long-distance travel Stable pipeline and long-term continuity #J-18808-Ljbffr Ascot Pierce
