Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Pediatric Home Health Sign-On Bonus Opportunity! Eligible candidates may qualify for a $250 sign-on bonus as part of their total compensation package. In this role, you'll support pediatric patients with skilled nursing needs while working closely with a registered nurse and clinical leadership. Requirements

• Valid PennsylvaniaLPN License or Multistate License
• Physical from within three years
• PPD or Chest X-Ray
• Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online)
• Valid driver's license
• G-tube, trach, vent experience or willing to train
