Promotes Sam's Club products and services. Provides guidance and support to members regarding self‑service technology. Processes member purchases. Assists with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges according to company policies and procedures for different membership and payment types. Follows company safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps. Follows proper procedures for handling merchandise. Corrects and reports unsafe situations to facility management. Maintains entrance and exit areas, zones the area, arranges and organizes merchandise. Assists members with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, transporting items and maintaining a safe shopping environment. Reviews member receipts and executes emergency response procedures. Ensures compliance with company security and safety practices. Assists with training of Member Frontline Services associates on company processes; teaches new technology and tool functionality; provides continuous learning and process improvement opportunities. Ensures area of responsibility maintained per company policies by handling returns, identifying shrink and damages. Recommends improvements, adapts to change, and collaborates with managers, co‑workers, customers, and business partners to achieve objectives.
