The program is designed to enable better decision-making, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the experience of both employees and customers.As a member of Program Nexus, you will play a critical role in one of the company's most strategic initiatives: the implementation of Infor CloudSuite ERP and the transformation of global finance processes. Your work will help establish a clear understanding of current-state challenges, provide data-driven recommendations, and support the development of standardized global processes that improve financial transparency, consistency, and decision-making across the organization.The RoleThe Cost Accounting Analyst will support Program Nexus by conducting in-depth analysis of product costing, manufacturing transactions, inventory valuation, transfer pricing, and intercompany activities across the global organization. The ideal candidate combines strong cost accounting and financial analysis expertise with a natural curiosity to investigate issues at the transaction level, connect data across multiple systems and entities, and translate findings into actionable business recommendations. While not responsible for ERP solution design, this individual will play an important role in validating business requirements and testing financial processes within the Infor CloudSuite implementation.Job ResponsibilitiesCosting, Transfer Pricing & Financial AnalysisAnalyze product costing, inventory valuation, manufacturing transactions, transfer pricing, and intercompany activities across global entitiesPerform root-cause analysis on costing, inventory, and intercompany issues and develop actionable recommendationsEvaluate current processes and practices to improve accuracy, consistency, transparency, and financial controlsExtract, validate, reconcile, and analyze financial and operational data to support business decisions and process improvementsProvide subject matter expertise on costing, inventory, transfer pricing, and intercompany processes throughout the transformation programBusiness Process ImprovementPartner with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and other stakeholders to understand current-state processes and challengesDocument business processes and identify opportunities for standardization, simplification, automation, and improved governanceTranslate analytical findings into business requirements and recommendations that support future-state process designCommunicate analytical findings and recommendations effectively to both financial and non-financial stakeholdersSupport continuous improvement initiatives that enhance financial visibility, operational efficiency, and decision-makingERP Transformation SupportSupport Program Nexus by validating that future-state costing, inventory, transfer pricing, and intercompany processes meet business requirementsAssist with the development and execution of System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)Validate transaction outcomes and financial results within Infor CloudSuite during testing activitiesIdentify and communicate process gaps, risks, and defects to project team membersSupport data validation, reconciliation, and deployment readiness activities as neededContinuously evaluate processes for improvements in efficiency, quality, and safetyThis job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. Responsibilities may evolve over time, and other related duties may be assigned to meet the ongoing needs of the companyRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field4+ years of experience in Cost Accounting, Manufacturing Finance, Financial Analysis, or related disciplinesOR an equivalent combination of education and experienceStrong understanding of: Product Costing, Standard Costing, Manufacturing Accounting, Transfer Pricing, Inventory Valuation, Cost Variance Analysis, Financial Analysis, Intercompany TransactionsAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, and large dataset analysisStrong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skillsExperience working with complex transactional and financial dataExceptional attention to detail and ability to identify root causes of business issuesStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environmentPreferred QualificationsExperience in a manufacturing environmentKnowledge of transfer pricing principles and intercompany accounting practicesExperience working with ERP systems such as Infor, IFS, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or NetSuiteExperience supporting ERP implementations, testing, or business process transformationsFamiliarity with Power BI, SQL, Power Query, or other analytical and reporting toolsCPA, CMA, or other relevant professional certificationWork Environment & Physical RequirementsThis is a full-time, project-based position supporting Program Nexus. Employment is expected to continue for the duration of the program based on business needs. Continued employment beyond the completion of the project is not guaranteed. For new hires, offers are generally within the established min- to mid-point of the range for the role, with flexibility to recognize experience, skills, and education.
