In this unarmed role, you will respond to security-related concerns, document activity, and work as part of a team that values agility, reliability, innovation, care, and integrity. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $21.22 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon12:30 AM - 09:00 AM Tue12:30 AM - 09:00 AM Sat07:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You’ll Do Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a financial institution environment. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating relevant details to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, entry points, office areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor access activity and visitor movement, verify credentials when required, and report policy deviations, suspicious behavior, and/or maintenance concerns through established site protocols. Support day-to-day operations by maintaining a visible presence, providing directions and assistance, and completing required reports related to security-related incidents and patrol activities. Minimum Requirements Possess at least 6 months of security-related experience. Be at least 21 years of age. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
