This role is primarily based in Lawrenceville but requires flexibility to support the Suwanee location as needed. Position Details: Schedule: Monday Thursday, 8:30 AM 5:00 PM Friday: 8:30 AM 4:00 PM Pay: $17/hour Key Responsibilities: Greet and check in/check out patients Answer and manage incoming phone calls Schedule patient appointments Verify insurance and obtain prior authorizations Manage referrals and medical records Maintain accurate patient demographics and registration Provide general front office support in a fast-paced environment Qualifications: Bilingual (preferred) Previous front office or medical office experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and provide excellent patient service Reliable and flexible to travel between Lawrenceville and Suwanee offices
