Registered Nurse (RN)We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) with expertise in endoscopy to join our dynamic team. This position involves working in a fast-paced outpatient surgery and endoscopy environment with a focus on providing optimal patient care.ScheduleDay Shift, 4 x 10s, Monday to FridayRotating day off based on scheduleStart time between 5:30 AM and 11:00 AM (varies based on case volume)ResponsibilitiesProvide nursing care during pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-anesthesia care unit (PACU) phases, focusing on Phase II recovery.Administer moderate sedation and ensure rapid patient turnover.Manage care for preoperative patients including open heart and total joint patients.Utilize Epic systems for patient documentation and management.QualificationsCurrent Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in California is required.BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications are required.Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience is required, with a strong preference for outpatient surgery and perioperative experience.Experience with pre-op and PACU workflows is essential.Experience with moderate sedation techniques and managing diverse patient populations is highly desirable.Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.Experience in an acute care facility is preferred.Licenses/CertificationsRegistered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice: RequiredBasic Life Support (BLS) certification: RequiredAHA-PALS or ARC-PALS certification: RequiredAHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS certification: RequiredIf you are a dedicated and skilled RN with the required experience and certifications, we encourage you to apply and become part of our committed team.
