Personal Injury Attorney – Multiple Locations

A well-established and rapidly growing  personal injury and property damage law firm is seeking a highly skilled  Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join its team. This is an opportunity for a motivated attorney to take on a leadership role in complex litigation cases while advocating for clients’ best interests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in  personal injury litigation , ensuring the best possible outcomes.

• Manage all aspects of litigation, including  case strategy, client communication, discovery, depositions, motions, and trial preparation .

• Conduct  negotiations with insurance companies and opposing counsel to secure favorable settlements.

• Provide  legal guidance to clients, demonstrating empathy and professionalism to build trust and confidence.

• Handle  trial preparation and serve as  lead counsel in court proceedings as needed.

Key Qualifications:

✔  Juris Doctor (J.D.)from an accredited law school

✔  Licensed and in good standing with the Bar

✔ 6+ years of litigation experience , with  first-chair trial experience preferred

✔ Strong  case evaluation and negotiation skills

✔ Exceptional  verbal and written communication skills

✔  Proactive problem solver with the ability to work both  independently and within a team

✔  Bilingual (English/Spanish)is a plus
