Sam's Club #4805 4420 King Ave E, Billings, MT 59101-4913 $17.50 - $25.50/hr Full time | Shifts may vary What You'll Do Be a Team Member: maintains up-to-date knowledge of product specifications for prepared food merchandise, collaborates with cross‑functional teams, educates associates on tools and resources, communicates effectively with the team, and remains flexible to support other areas. Be an Expert: prepares food per item specifications, plans future mass productions, prepares for seasonality, adheres to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold‑chain compliance, inventory management, operates and sanitizes equipment, and demonstrates layout execution. Be a Techie: leverages digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement; uses handheld technology for production decisions, merchandise ordering, club pickup orders, training, and product quality; adapts to new tools and encourages others. Be an Owner: drives performance of the area; stocks and rotates merchandise, ensures quality and date‑control standards, eliminates waste, provides member service by acknowledging members and identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, payment types, locating merchandise, and resolving member issues. Be a Talent Ambassador: serves as a brand advocate; develops, influences and inspires others to work respectfully, supportively and team‑oriented; understands roadblocks and assists in training. Complies with company policies, procedures, and ethics standards; uses the Open Door Policy. Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborates with managers, coworkers, customers, and partners; identifies priorities and deadlines; carries out tasks; communicates progress; recommends improvement opportunities; and adapts and learns from change.
