Job Details We are seeking a highly qualified Staff Attorney to join our premier Private Credit Department At least 3-6 years of experience in private credit/finance matters at a nationally recognized law firm or other relevant legal experience. Demonstrated lending experience (borrower's side exposure is a plus). General experience with various financing transactions, including Cash flow deals Acquisitions Leveraged buyouts Recapitalizations Additional experience with asset-based financings, restructurings, and workouts is a plus. Excellent academic credentials, strong communication and analytical skills, and a client-team focused work ethic are required.
