About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its mission of supporting individuals and families experiencing homelessness. The CEO will be responsible for guiding the organization through a strategic transformation, with a focus on sustaining and elevating its services, and exploring new partnerships to expand pathways from homelessness to stable housing. This role demands a dynamic leader with a deep commitment to service, capable of balancing community leadership with disciplined organizational management. The successful candidate will be tasked with preserving the organization's strongest assets while building the necessary strategy, infrastructure, and leadership capacity for the future. Key responsibilities include serving as the chief ambassador and advocate, leading revenue development, and ensuring the financial and operational health of the organization. Candidates for the CEO position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field, with a preference for those with a background in social work, human services, or organization management. A minimum of 5 years' managerial or supervisory experience is required, with a proven track record in strategic and financial leadership. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in external leadership, including successful fundraising and revenue development, and a history of fostering an inclusive, high-performing organizational culture. The role demands a leader with integrity, sound judgment, and a clear commitment to the mission, who can effectively engage with a diverse range of stakeholders and lead the organization in a client-centered, equitable manner.
