Experienced Residential HVAC Installer

We're hiring an experienced HVAC Installer who can take ownership of installs, work efficiently, and represent the company well in customers' homes. About The Role Complete residential HVAC system installations from start to finish Ensure all work meets manufacturer specifications and local code requirements Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site Communicate clearly with homeowners and team members throughout the project Safely operate tools, equipment, and company vehicles Manage materials and ensure proper handling of equipment Work collaboratively with apprentices and helpers when assigned Continue developing technical skills through ongoing training What We're Looking For 2+ years of hands-on HVAC installation experience Solid understanding of residential systems and install best practices Valid driver's license with a clean driving record EPA Universal Certification (preferred) Confidence using hand and power tools Strong work ethic and pride in craftsmanship Willingness to continue learning and improving Benefits Medical coverage with over 50% company-paid premiums Company-paid $25K life insurance and short-term disability Paid vacation, sick leave, and holidays Employer-paid Nice Healthcare membership (virtual care, in-home visits, prescriptions with no copays) Cell phone reimbursement Company-provided uniforms Tools program Company vehicle Paid training and continued education Why Horsetooth?
