Project Manager

Overview Silo Ridge Field Club is seeking a full‑time, year‑round Project Manager to join its Construction and Development Department. The Project Manager will oversee multiple residential projects to ensure that each project meets Discovery Builders’ standards and owner expectations in budget, schedule, and quality from inception through owner completion. Responsibilities Assure customer satisfaction and member experience by acting as the primary contact for members, member representatives, designers, and architects. Create an environment of professionalism, respect, timeliness, and accountability among the project team. Oversee bi‑weekly reports in standard company formats. Coordinate with architects, landscape architects, interior designers, and other consultants. Manage project budgets, complete monthly budget snapshots by the 10th, and code all costs to appropriate budgets. Complete bid comparisons prior to issuing subcontracts and purchase orders. Support superintendents and on‑site construction activities, including weekly owner‑architect‑contractor conference calls via Microsoft Teams or other video platform. Maintain cleanliness and a physical presence consistent with Discovery Builders staff. Provide ongoing support of community development initiatives to coordinate efforts with operations and sales. Be responsible for overall project success by managing budgets, buyouts with subcontractors and suppliers, and schedules. Maintain site cleanliness, material management, laydown yards, and traffic flow through the club and project. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a field applicable to the position preferred. Minimum 8+ years of applicable work experience required. Construction Management certification or equivalent experience preferred. Procore experience/certification preferred; experience with Sage Timberline preferred. Strong preference for candidates with luxury residential construction experience; commercial experience and process management also preferred. Competency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Publisher, Project, Visio), Procore, Smartsheets, Timberscan, Webex/Zoom, and Bluebeam. Ability to work with a diverse staff and to listen to and respond to specific requests during training sessions. Familiarity with the phases of horizontal construction, particularly residential, and CSI cost‑code divisions. Ability to work both independently and in a team‑oriented, collaborative environment. Ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines. Ability to conduct business in a professional and ethical manner with all stakeholders. Additional Requirements Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and shifts longer than eight hours. English language proficiency required; additional languages preferred. Must be able to remain calm and focused during busy periods. Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English. Benefits Salary of $130,000.00 – $145,000.00 annually plus bonus eligibility.
