IT Administrator

Seeking a hands-on IT Administrator to manage day-to-day operations of internal technology for a fully remote telehealth company, focusing on IT systems administration, employee lifecycle management, and device management while supporting a secure and compliant technology environment. Key responsibilities Administer company-wide technology platforms, manage user accounts, and maintain accurate inventory of applications and licenses Oversee IT provisioning and deprovisioning processes for employee onboarding and offboarding, ensuring appropriate access controls Serve as the primary point of contact for internal technical support, diagnosing and resolving employee technology issues Required qualifications 3-5+ years of experience in IT administration or a similar role Hands-on experience administering Google Workspace in a business environment Experience managing SaaS applications, user accounts, and permissions across an organization Strong understanding of identity and access management fundamentals Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field or equivalent relevant professional experience
