Sales - Wireless Specialist- Hampstead NH Hampstead, NH, USA Job Description The Wireless Specialist will engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions using cellular phones, tablets, watches, and other wireless devices and services. The role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service and meeting sales objectives. Responsibilities Facilitate retail sales of cellular devices and wireless services. Create additional sales opportunities through marketing campaigns and community involvement. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and demonstrate equipment capabilities. Handle daily store operations: opening/closing, inventory control, cash management, and administrative duties. Develop and monitor action plans to achieve daily/monthly sales goals. Qualifications Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Motivation and inner drive to learn, grow, and excel. Technical aptitude and ability to learn wireless technologies quickly. Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
