Registered Nurse (RN) House Supervisor - Behavioral Health

House Supervisor (RN) Behavioral Health Job Type: FT, Nights Responsibilities Assist the administration staff in overseeing and assisting all staff in all functions to ensure the provision of quality general and psychiatric care to patients suffering from substance abuse or psychiatric disorders. Oversee the day‑to‑day activities of staff in all CCD and nursing areas and assist the department managers with scheduling, education, and discipline of staff when needed. Involved in direct patient care, education and training, and participation in departmental and hospital meetings as assigned. Review documentation and work with staff to ensure that documentation is timely, accurate, and complete. The House Supervisor may also serve as a working RN and routinely execute nursing care duties to ensure quality patient care and proper execution and documentation of the treatment plan. Qualifications and Requirements Graduation from an accredited Bachelors of Science in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing, or Nursing Diploma program. Current state licensure as Registered Nurse. CPR and De‑escalation certification required or to be obtained within 30 days of hire. Minimum six months’ medical/surgical experience in an acute care setting preferred.
