Now Hiring: Kitchen Team Members at Aster & Rose in Lincolnville (Sous Chef, Line Cook) Heading into our fifth season, we’re excited to build on what we’ve created as a team the last few years. We’ve gotten a lot busier (a great problem to have) which means we are ready to bring on a few more people into the kitchen to help us keep the momentum going. We are currently accepting resumes for Sous Chef— all year‑round and also seasonal opportunities for individuals who enjoy working in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment. Sous Chef We’re looking for someone who can support leadership in the kitchen, help guide the team through service, and maintain consistency and quality. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable stepping in wherever needed. Looking for someone who loves to create creative dishes and work with Chef to be a mid‑coast restaurant standout. Line Cook/Prep Cook This role is perfect for someone who thrives during a busy service, takes pride in their work, and can stay focused under pressure. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work as part of a team are key.
