Your Role Are you a qualified legal professional with a passion for compliance, regulatory affairs, and corporate law? Do you have strong language skills in English and Italian and thrive in an international environment? As our Legal Counsel, your key responsibilities include: Drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and policies to ensure alignment with local and international regulations. Monitoring regulatory changes and advising clients on their implications. Assisting with licensing and certification processes in regulated industries. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement compliance frameworks. Supporting client communication in English and Italian, ensuring effective legal guidance. Your Profile What do you bring to the table? A degree in Law, warrant and first experiences in the legal field a plus Strong proficiency in English and Italian, both written and spoken; additional language skills a plus. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-focused approach.
