Listing Coordinator – Nourmand & Associates Location: Hollywood, CA, US – Full‑time, in‑person position offering career growth opportunities. Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail‑oriented Listing Coordinator to join our vibrant real estate team. In this pivotal role you will manage property listings from inception to completion, ensuring each property is showcased effectively and transactions proceed smoothly. Your expertise will help agents achieve their real‑estate goals while maintaining high standards of professionalism through marketing support, including social media. Duties Assist with marketing efforts, including facilitating requests for property brochures, ads, and social media content in collaboration with the in‑house marketing department. Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor while working with diverse personalities. Create listing launch timelines and keep agents informed of upcoming deadlines. Use Microsoft Office, Adobe, Google Workspace, Canva, and MLS systems comfortably. Help associates post content to their social media accounts and provide guidance on best practices. Assist with the usage of the company marketing/CRM app, including sending e‑blasts and adding contacts. Create listing presentation materials (hard‑bound books, reports, etc.) under tight deadlines. Provide general administrative and operational support as needed. Skills & Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Canva for document preparation. Familiarity with MLS, ZipForms, and CRM systems. Strong organizational skills for managing multiple listings simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
